The house is original and warm, as we like to renovate them!
A two-level staircase leads to the upper levels (mid-floor shower room and bedrooms – one of which has a shower room – upstairs).
The living room slightly overhangs the ground floor rooms (a few steps).
We completed the renovations of this beautiful house in mid-2023. Ranking in August 2023.
Electricity, plumbing, sanitation, roofing, insulation and finally interior and exterior fittings… everything has been reviewed and thought out to welcome you in the best conditions, for family holidays or for a spa stay in Eugénie.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax is calculated according to the number of adult occupants and according to the classification of the Meublé de tourisme.
A nouste is rated 3 stars.
In 2023 the tax is €1.32 / adult / night .
Example :
For a stay of 3 weeks in 2023 (21 nights), for two adults, the tourist tax is as follows:
€1.32 x 2 adults x 21 nights = €55.44 to be added to the rental price.
In 2024 it will be €1.73/adult/night.
It will include a contribution to the construction of the GPSO: Bordeaux-Toulouse/South Gironde-Dax high-speed line project, the railway facilities south of Bordeaux and north of Toulouse as well as the stations concerned .
Example :
For a stay of 3 weeks in 2024 (21 nights), for two adults, the tourist tax is as follows:
€1.73 x 2 adults x 21 nights = €72.66 to be added to the rental price.

Collection of the full price of the stay on the day of arrival , including tourist tax and any options.
To plan a transfer in time, we will send you an IBAN account number by email.
Security deposit (guarantee):
A payment of 200 € in cash will be requested in addition to the rental price.
Possible additional costs:
An end-of-stay cleaning package is assessed at the time of the inventory with the tenant and before the return of the security deposit.
This supplement is rated according to these criteria:
– Bins emptied and evacuated, bottles and other glass packaging evacuated.
– Dishes and kitchen accessories washed properly and put away.
– Bed linen undone and placed at the foot of the bed. Used bath linen placed on the floor in the bathroom.
– Passing a vacuum cleaner or broom in the living rooms on the ground floor.
No package will be requested if these minimal actions are carried out by the tenant before his departure. Cleaning is understood to exclude breakage or damage considered in the guarantee by surety.
